Job summary

Agile Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer for ongoing Dubai projects. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring execution per drawings and project specs, and coordinating with multiple teams to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in civil construction with hands-on UAE experience, especially in Dubai, and a proven ability to translate drawings into field actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of civil construction and site execution experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE construction experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Proven site execution experience is mandatory.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods, site supervision, and project specifications.
• Experience coordinating with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve drawing-related and site execution issues.
• Good understanding of construction quality and site safety practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day site activities and work toward deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read, review, and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings for accurate execution.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth activity flow.
• Monitor progress and ensure works align with project schedules.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate for clarification and resolution.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for site execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and compliance.
• Assist with consultant inspections and timely closure of observations.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
• Report delays and challenges to Project Manager.
