Job summary

White Spot Facilities Management Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced site supervisor to oversee finishing, snagging, and de-snagging works on luxury villa projects. You will coordinate multiple subcontractors, ensure works align with drawings, specs and schedules, and maintain daily progress records.

The role requires hands-on, site-oriented candidates with strong coordination, QA/QC, and HSE compliance skills to meet tight handover deadlines across high-end interiors and architectural

Qualifications

• Proven experience in finishing, snagging and de-snagging for villas/residential projects.
• Knowledge of finishing activities including tiling, marble, painting, gypsum/false ceiling, joinery, doors, sanitary works and other architectural finishes.
• Ability to independently supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across multiple villas.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and specialist contractors to complete works per drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and site resources based on daily and weekly priorities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, defects and incomplete works.
• Prepare and maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure of items.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, Clients and subcontractors regarding site progress and technical issues.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, method statements, quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and highlight delays, manpower shortages or material constraints.
• Coordinate with Procurement/Stores to ensure materials are available per work programme.
• Maintain daily progress records and provide regular site progress reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to HSE requirements at site.
• Strong site coordination, subcontractor management, manpower management and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• UAE/GCC villa, luxury residential or high-end fit-out experience preferred.
• Hands-on and site-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines for completion and handover.
