Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai requires an experienced site supervisor to manage waterproofing works and ensure alignment with project plans. You will coordinate with surveying and store teams, submit progress reports, and oversee material receipt and dispatch on site.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to HSE requirements, toolbox talks, and proper PPE provision to safeguard workers and site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with waterproofing on construction sites.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety and environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily labor program.
• Submit site reports and participate in toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyor for measurements and with store keeper for deliveries.
• Oversee installation per approved methods and risk assessments.
• Ensure HSE requirements are followed and PPE provided.
• Receive and dispatch materials; supervise waste segregation on site.

Duties and responsibilities included

• Follow daily labor program
• Assigning the Site Supervisor duties
• Submitting the site report
• Arranging with quantity surveyor for measurements
• Arranging with store keeper for deliveries
• Taking Off quantities of work execution
• Monitoring Material on Site and arranging with purchase officer store for Material
• Filling the weekly site progress report
• Safekeeping of material and tools on site
• Receiving material and sending material to store
• Arranging with storekeeper for transportation
• Ensuring the installation is carried out according to approved systems
• Complying with the Health safety and environment requirements of the site
• Following approved Method Statements and risk assessments of work
• Participating in tool box talks
• Submitting the Customer feedback analysis to the MR on completion of the project as determined
• Following HSE Requirements and making sure all labor follows the HSE requirements
• Providing workers with the required personal protective equipment PPE and the necessary training in the use and maintenance requirements for adequate protection from identified hazards
• Overseeing the segregation of wastes on site
• Candidate must have Waterproofing Experience
• Candidate must be fluent in English
