Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced site supervisor to monitor and coordinate all general activities at busy construction sites. You will supervise labour, manage facilities, and assist with HSE tasks under supervision from senior engineers.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of building or industrial construction experience. Strong leadership, communication, and logistics skills are essential to coordinate manpower,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10+ years in building or industrial construction.
• Proven site supervision and coordination experience.
• Experience managing manpower, facilities, maintenance and logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage multiple site activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all general site activities and facilities.
• Manage maintenance works at the site.
• Supervise security staff, office boys and other workers.
• Assist the HSE Officer with HSE tasks (signboards, barricades, etc.).
• Assist Store Keeper, Project Engineer, Manager and Director in site tasks.
• Oversee scaffolding and material organization at the site.
• Supervise civil and MEPF activities as guided.
• Manage staff accommodations, transportation and meals.
• Oversee material loading/unloading and equipment movement.
• Support testing and commissioning activities at the site lab.
• Assist supervising in other general non-technical tasks.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To monitor control all general activities at site related to site offices labour rest areas toilets water tanks septic tanks security cabins water coolers generators material yards machines other facilities at site
• To manage maintenance works at the site
• To supervise control security staff office boys and other workers at the site
• To assist the HSE Officer for managing controlling HSE tasks like signboards barricades etc
• To assist the Store Keeper Project Engineer Manager Director in different tasks related to the site like supervising skip removal maintaining stock register organizing store materials at the site managing site facilities etc
• To supervise control activities like scaffolding organizing materials at the site
• To supervise civil MEPF activities at the site as per guidance from Store Keeper Project Engineer Manager Director and at other existing buildings of the company as and when required
• To manage other facilities for staff workers like accommodations transportation food
• To supervise control material loading unloading activities
• To supervise control movement of equipment machines at the site
• To supervise control tasks related to testing commissioning at the site lab
• Assisting Supervising in all other general non-technical tasks at the site related to the construction project

Requirements
