Job summary

ALTRON SMART TECHNOLOGY SERVICES L.L.C. seeks an experienced site supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of ICT, ELV, and data center infrastructure projects on site in the UAE.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials, and ensure adherence to drawings and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Experience in data center, structured cabling, ICT, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Strong understanding of site execution, installation practices, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong problem solving, coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities for ICT, ELV, and data center infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and communicate project updates to the Project Team Leader.
• Identify site issues, technical challenges, and potential risks, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support project planning by monitoring work progress against project milestones and schedules.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to discuss project progress and technical matters.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, testing records, and handover documentation.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final project handover activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
