Job summary

INJAZ in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support the execution of road and infrastructure projects. You will supervise daily site activities, ensure works follow drawings and specs, and coordinate with Project Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 3+ years of road/infrastructure experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. UAE contracting exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in road construction, earthworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt, and related infrastructure works.
• UAE road/infrastructure contracting experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.

Responsibilities
