Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to drive seamless execution on a high-profile site.

The role requires steering budgets, reporting progress to senior management, and ensuring compliance with Emirates Global Aluminium requirements while leading a motivated on-site team.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in construction with at least 8 years in the UAE
• Proven track record in managing complex industrial or large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and project management principles

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve any construction-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
