Job summary

Caliberly in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to lead large-scale projects on-site, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring to meet objectives.

You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with architects and subcontractors while mentoring the construction team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction industry experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction-related software tools and applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
