Job summary

Algedra in Dubai is seeking a Site Civil Engineer with at least 3 years' experience in residential villa construction. You will oversee mobilization, site preparation and coordination with consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure construction aligns with drawings and specifications.

You will read architectural, structural and MEP drawings, monitor progress, quality and safety, and prepare basic site reports. UAE/GCC villa experience and a valid UAE driving license are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site civil engineering.
• Proven experience in residential villa construction from mobilization to handover.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations and authority requirements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Capable of monitoring progress, quality, manpower and materials and preparing basic site reports.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety practices.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• UAE/GCC villa construction experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in residential villa construction, preferably handling projects from mobilization and site preparation through to final handover.
• Strong knowledge of the complete construction sequence, including:
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and site workers and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations and authority requirements.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Capable of monitoring site progress, quality, manpower and materials and preparing basic site reports.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, safety requirements and construction practices.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• UAE/GCC villa construction experience is preferred.
• Candidates who can demonstrate experience managing a villa project from mobilization and site preparation to completion and handover will be highly preferred.
