Job summary

Asad and Rizwan Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Site Engineer to oversee finishing works and supervise civil site activities.

You will ensure compliance with UAE codes, coordinate with subcontractors, maintain daily reports, and start immediately; minimum UAE license, 3 years of field experience, and a BE Civil are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum G+1 UAE approved Engineering license.
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering; PE certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of site management experience in civil projects.
• Must be in UAE and ready to start immediately; Nebosh certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and timelines.
• Perform regular inspections of work progress and quality, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures promptly.

• SITE ENGINEER with finishing works supervision experience.
• Approved Engineer from UAE Society of Engineering
• MUST BE IN UAE
• Willing to start work immediately.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for a solid technical foundation.
• Professional engineering certification (e.g., PE) is highly preferred, showcasing advanced expertise and commitment.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction site management within the civil engineering sector.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations is crucial for ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Preferably have nebosh safety certificate also
