Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring a Supervisor - Transportation Shuttle to lead the resort's shuttle team. You will plan routes, supervise drivers, and maintain safety and service standards for guests across operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in transportation supervision, strong leadership, and knowledge of local traffic laws. UAE driving license is preferred, with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in transportation or logistics is a plus.
• 2–3 years in transportation or fleet supervision, hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and guest-service focus.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software; UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shuttle operations, including scheduling and route planning.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure safety and service standards.
• Inspect shuttle vehicles for cleanliness and readiness.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve transportation issues promptly.
• Maintain records of schedules, mileage, fuel use, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with departments to support events and peak periods.
• Train and mentor drivers on policies, service and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
• Report incidents or maintenance issues to the Transportation Manager.
