Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager - Transportation Services to join the resort’s Limousine Services team. You will supervise the scheduling, dispatching, and guest transfers to ensure punctual and luxurious service.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel transportation with supervisory responsibilities, a valid driver’s license, and experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards. You will lead drivers, coordinate with Concierge and Events, and uphold Forbes Five-Star quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic laws.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and events.
• Ensure transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and cleanliness schedules.
• Lead chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.
• Conduct regular training on service standards, safety, and guest handling.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams for transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with external transportation providers and rental companies as needed.
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation services.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. • Ensure all transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.
• Lead and manage chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.
• Conduct regular training on service standards, safety protocols, and guest handling.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure personalized and seamless transportation experiences for VIPs, groups, and individual guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to transportation.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams for transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with external transportation providers and rental companies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation services.
• Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local transportation regulations and hotel policies.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are met
• Conduct regular safety checks and audits.
• Maintain insurance and licensing documentation for all vehicles and drivers.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest handling.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
