Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shuttle services in Abu Dhabi. You will plan routes, schedule drivers, and monitor performance to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in transportation or fleet supervision (hospitality preferred), strong leadership, and knowledge of local traffic laws. UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; transportation or logistics certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation or fleet supervision, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Address guest inquiries and resolve transportation‑related issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of shuttle schedules mileage fuel usage and maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to support special events and peak operational needs
• Train and mentor shuttle drivers on company policies customer service and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company guidelines
• Report any incidents accidents or maintenance issues to the Transportation Manager immediately
