You will work with sales leadership to improve conversion, reporting and pipeline management, delivering actionable insights to management for better decision-making. This role focuses on hands-on improvements with measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a dealership or automotive retail environment.
• Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or dealership performance management.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales funnels and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership and process-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor showroom sales and operational performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
• Review the sales funnel to identify lost or delayed leads and improve conversion.
• Develop, implement and improve standardized sales and operational processes across all showrooms.
• Ensure CRM is used properly with accurate customer data and sales insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Executives to improve pipeline management, follow-up and productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical tools to improve efficiency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, consistency and continuous improvement.
