Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to join our showroom in Dubai. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, explain product details, prepare quotations and orders, and drive sales to meet targets.

Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate with sales and operations for smooth order processing. You will need strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work independently as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in indoor sales, showroom sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented, positive, and self-motivated.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in the showroom/office and understand their requirements.
• Handle sales inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required documents.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
