Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our energetic sales team. You will make high-volume outbound calls, introduce Tanqeeb products, understand customer needs, and guide them toward the best solutions.

You will maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and collaborate with management to boost conversion and revenue. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in telesales or similar roles, excellent English, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in telesales or similar customer-facing sales roles.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Hindi and/or Urdu is a plus.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and explain Tanqeeb products and services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up regularly with potential and warm leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Use sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.
Coordinate with sales team and management to improve performance.
Deliver a positive customer experience with professional telephone etiquette.
