Job summary

BinHendi is seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our luxury furniture showroom in Dubai, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales. You will manage a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, curate visual merchandising, and provide interior design services using CAD to turn client visions into concepts.

Fluent English is essential, Arabic is a plus, and a degree in Interior Design with 3–5 years of showroom or luxury retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required.
• 3–5 years of showroom or luxury retail/furniture experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a sales team to exceed targets.
• Oversee showroom operations, merchandising, inventory, and opening/closing.
• Ensure a visually appealing showroom and exceptional customer experience.
• Build client relationships and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and campaigns to drive footfall and sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Provide interior design services including furniture selection, layout planning, mood boards, and presentations.
• Use CAD and other design tools to create innovative concepts.
• Track sales performance and report insights to senior management.
• Represent the showroom at trade shows and industry events.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, addressing needs and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns that drive footfall and sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive interior design services, including furniture selection, layout planning, mood boards, and presentations.
• Use CAD and other design tools to create innovative design concepts tailored to client needs.
• Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report insights to senior management.
• Represent the showroom at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a showroom or working in luxury retail/furniture.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
