Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in Transportation and Logistics or shipping operations.
Proficient in UCP 600 and INCOTERM 2010 with LC processing experience.
Strong LC checking and discrepancy management skills.
Experience with shipping documentation and bills of lading.
Excellent written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality and accuracy of shipping documentation within KPIs.
Verify documents for compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Monitor incoming Letters of Credit and perform LC checks; escalate discrepancies.
Arrange collection of Bill of Lading or LC; submit documents to bank or customer.
Resolve shipping documentation and bill submission issues; support continuous improvements.
