HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end outward material receipt, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders for Dubai shipments.

You will handle SAP PS-based processes, ensure correct Indian and UAE shipping paperwork, and collaborate with customs agents to expedite clearance while maintaining clear communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP PS module.
• Strong knowledge of Indian shipping documentation.
• Working knowledge of Dubai (UAE) shipping documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end outward material/goods receipt and documentation.
• Track and process outward shipments using SAP PS (Project Systems).
• Prepare and verify Indian shipping/customs documentation (Bill of Entry, Import Invoice, Packing List).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines for Dubai (UAE) shipments.
• Follow up with forwarders on bookings, ETD/ETA, and container confirmations.
• Follow up with customs agents on clearance status and expedite pending releases.
