Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SHE experience within the infrastructure sector.
• Proven record of developing and implementing SHE systems, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of local and international SHE standards and UAE regulatory practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive SHE strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site risk assessments and establish mitigation plans to reduce safety and environmental risks.
• Lead the creation and rollout of SHE policies, procedures, and best practices.
