Job summary

Halian Group is recruiting for a SharePoint Online Developer (Power Platform & Administration) to join a large, forward-thinking organization in Dubai. You will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, while aligning with governance, security, and performance standards across Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Proven expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience delivering scalable business solutions within enterprise environments.

• Manage SharePoint Online administration, permissions, governance, and access controls.
• Monitor storage, licensing, usage, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.
• Deliver ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
