BlackStone eIT in Dubai is seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to deliver modern SharePoint-based solutions, .NET backends, and Power Platform automations for the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program.

You will design, implement, and maintain portals, integrate with enterprise systems, and contribute to testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer while upholding security and coding standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of SharePoint and .NET development experience.
Experience in enterprise or government digital transformation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and portals.
Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Develop backend components, APIs, and business services using .NET technologies.
Build workflow automation using Power Automate.
Develop Power Apps to support business requirements where applicable.
Integrate SharePoint solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and Microsoft services.
Develop reusable components and custom web parts.
Participate in system analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

The Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer will participate in the implementation of the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by developing, maintaining, and modernizing SharePoint-based solutions, business applications, and workflow automation using Microsoft SharePoint, .NET, and Power Platform technologies. The role will support application modernization, enterprise integrations, and collaborate closely with the implementation vendor to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the platform.
