Job summary

Halian in Dubai seeks a senior SharePoint Online Developer (Power Platform & Administration) to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions while ensuring governance, security, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment.

You will implement SPFx, Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows, while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining robust administration and security practices across the platform.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Proven expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx development.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint Online sites, including Team Sites and Communication Sites.
• Customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
• Build custom web parts and extensions to support business requirements.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and responsive layouts.
• Connect applications to SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources.
• Implement business logic using Power Fx.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and adoption.
• Design and implement automated workflows and business process automations.
• Automate approvals, notifications, and data synchronization processes.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and third-party platforms.
• Manage SharePoint Online administration, permissions, governance, and access controls.
• Monitor storage, licensing, usage, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.
• Deliver ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
