Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing is seeking a SharePoint Online Developer (Power Platform & Administration) to join their technology team. You will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions while ensuring governance, security, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, plus deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint Online sites including Team Sites and Communication Sites.
• Customize solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and manage lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
• Build custom web parts and extensions to meet business needs.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven) with responsive layouts.
• Design automated Power Automate workflows and approvals.
• Administer SharePoint Online governance, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor storage, licensing, usage, and performance; troubleshoot issues.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions while ensuring governance, security, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment.

Your Responsibilities:

SharePoint Online Development

• Design and develop SharePoint Online sites, including Team Sites and Communication Sites.
• Customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
• Build custom web parts and extensions to support business requirements.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Power Apps Development

• Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and responsive application layouts.
• Connect applications to SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources.
• Implement business logic using Power Fx.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and adoption.

Power Automate & Administration

• Design and implement automated workflows and business process automations.
• Automate approvals, notifications, and data synchronization processes.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and third-party platforms.
• Manage SharePoint Online administration, permissions, governance, and access controls.
• Monitor storage, licensing, usage, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.
• Deliver ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvements.

Your Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Proven expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience delivering scalable business solutions within enterprise environments.
