Job summary

Virtusa Middle East FZ-LLC is seeking a seasoned SharePoint Developer to design and implement complex SharePoint solutions and ensure scalable site architecture.

You will lead the development lifecycle from requirements to deployment, troubleshoot advanced issues, and work with REST APIs for integrations across systems. 5+ years of experience and a possible certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in SharePoint.
• Preferably certified SharePoint Developer.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.

Job description

Design and implement complex SharePoint solutions including custom web parts, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems

Develop and maintain robust SharePoint site architecture ensuring scalability, performance and adherence to best practices

Lead the development lifecycle for SharePoint projects from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and ongoing support

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues within the SharePoint environment minimizing downtime and impact on users

Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in SharePoint
• Preferably certified SharePoint Developer
• Should have good experience in SharePoint DevelopmentExperience on REST APIs

Technical Skills

• Should have development and design experience in C#, SQL, CSOM, JSOM
• Good knowledge on SharePoint Administration/Configuration of Services
• Should have knowledge in PowerShell Scripts
• Should have good skills in IIS, Hosting, Web Application Pool, Account Permissions
• Good to have JavaScript/typescript, React, Node.js
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards an practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Functional Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
