Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical platform solutions, enabling successful adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant with the SPM module
Strong understanding of portfolio management principles and best practices
Proven experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into practical ServiceNow configurations
Experience in conducting workshops, trainings, and providing end-user support

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to collect and analyze business requirements related to portfolio management
Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module to align with client objectives
Document functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and adoption
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation
Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support
Stay informed about the latest updates and trends within ServiceNow SPM
