Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions.
• Gather business requirements with guidance from senior team members.
• Configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and basic scripts.
• Assist with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB.
• Perform testing, documentation, and user support.
• Participate in client workshops and internal solution discussions.
• Continuously upskill with ServiceNow best practices.
