Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for a major transformation in the UAE. You will architect and tune GRC, IRM, and SecOps workflows, collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations.

The role emphasizes process reengineering, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of KPIs and dashboards in a multi-provider environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM and SecOps.
• Hands-on experience with policies, controls, risk assessments, and audits.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Agile delivery experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of GRC, SecOps, and Business Continuity modules
• Design risk frameworks, policies, controls, and audit processes
• Deliver BIA and continuity planning workflows
• Translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations with technical teams
• Drive process reengineering to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery
• Support training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Implement KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success
