Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is partnering with a prestigious government organization in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst for the Corporate Services team. The role focuses on ServiceNow, access control systems, and workplace services within a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will manage service requests, coordinate with internal departments and service providers, maintain ServiceNow records, and generate operational dashboards for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk or Corporate Services within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow is essential; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with access control systems, employee ID management, and security processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage service requests through the Service Desk platform, ensuring timely assignment, tracking, and completion.
• Support day-to-day workplace services by liaising with internal departments and external providers.
• Administer employee and contractor access, including ID cards and building access requests.
• Maintain accurate ServiceNow records and ensure updates across requests and assets.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
• Monitor recurring work orders and scheduled maintenance for timely completion.
• Assist with time and attendance administration, asset tracking, and inventory records.
• Coordinate issuance and return of company assets, access devices, and security credentials.
• Provide professional responses to employee inquiries and maintain high internal customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Services.
