Job summary

Carrier seeks a Senior Service Sales Engineer in Dubai to build relationships, identify customer needs, and promote service agreements and repairs in the HVAC sector.

The role involves developing opportunities, supporting bids, and driving order intake while complying with finance ethics and sales policies. A Mechanical Engineering degree and 23+ years in HVAC service sales are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of experience selling service and repair agreements in HVAC.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Based in Dubai and able to visit customers regularly.
• Strong English language communication.
• Valid driving license with own car for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Establishes prospects and develops professional relationships to understand customer needs and tailor products/services.
• Supports business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments.
• Pursues bid opportunities, participates in bid responses and negotiations with customers.
• Develops new customer contact leads for the sales team.
• Identifies target accounts and presents to the sales team.
• Builds personal customer relationships to influence opportunities.
• Targets order intake in New Service Agreement & Service Repairs while following policies.
• Aims to achieve annual plan by securing New Service Agreements and New Service Repairs.

Role Responsibilities

• As Senior Service Sales Engineer youll be responsible for:

  Establishes prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.

• Aids in and supports business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.

• Prospects bid opportunities participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.

• Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.

• Identifies prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.

• Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.

• Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of New Service Agreement & Service Repairs while complying with company Finance Ethics and Sales Policies.

• Achieve FY Plan through securing New service agreement as well as New Service Repairs . agreement.

Requirements

• As a minimum you must have:

• Mechanical Engineering Bachelors Degree.

• Be located in Dubai.

• Minimum of 23 years of experience in selling service agreement and repair agreement within HVAC Industry.

• Good level of English.

• Drivers License and own car 50 of the time you will be visiting customers).
