Job summary

CCR (Carrier Commercial Refrigeration) in the UAE is seeking a UAE National Service Sales Administrator to support invoicing, document control, and daily administrative tasks within the Service Sales team.

The role requires strong Excel and Outlook skills, basic SAP knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication abilities to ensure timely invoice processing and accurate records across Finance and Service Sales.

Qualifications

• Must be a UAE National with Family book.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP, preferably in invoice processing and document management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills; experience in invoicing, administration, or sales support is an advantage.
• Willingness to hybrid work structure (Friday – Remote).

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily administrative and service sales activities.
• Download, prepare, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documents from shared folders and internal systems.
• Support invoice processing, tracking, verification, and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
• Use SAP to retrieve invoice details, review records, and support invoice-related activities.
• Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service Sales, and other departments regarding pending invoices and missing documentation.
• Update Excel trackers, SAP records, and internal reports with accurate information.
• Verify invoices against service reports, purchase orders, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.
