Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Carrier) to support CRM processes, sales digitalization initiatives, and customer relationship management for the Carrier business at the country level. This role targets UAEN nationals with a strong attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.

The position involves executing CRM-related workflows, enabling customer relationship management, and collaborating across teams to drive efficient sales operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, or related field.
• Strong professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operate CRM-related processes, sales digitalization initiatives, and project operations for the Carrier business at the country level.
• Support and enable customer relationship management, customer expectation management, and customer satisfaction management.
• Assist in monitoring customer interactions and ensuring high service standards.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of Carrier business objectives through disciplined execution and proactive support.

Requirements

Preferred:

• Fresh graduates Graduate year 2025 - 2026 from (UAEU, KU, AUS, ZU, UOS, HCT) or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations.
