Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Service Contract Executive to join the BYD Aftersales team in the UAE. The role focuses on creating, pricing, and administering service contracts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will manage SAP IS-AUTO data, support branches, and contribute to pricing initiatives to drive growth and customer retention. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a relevant role with hands-on experience in service contracts, pricing, and automotive aftersales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder.
• Automotive qualification or experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced SAP IS-AUTO knowledge is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of BI reporting tools and systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Previous experience working with service contracts is mandatory.
• Service contract pricing or pricing analyst experience is mandatory.
• Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts as required.
• Manage service contract data within SAP IS-AUTO, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update service contract parts pricing and cost structures.
• Create and administer service contracts for fleet customers.
• Process contract-related requests including transfers, terminations, reinstatements, and refund payouts.
• Provide timely support and guidance to branches on contract-related matters.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and business insights to support decision-making.
• Support pricing initiatives, corporate pricing requests, and new business programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.
