Accor is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage professional to join our UAE dining team. You will greet guests, take and process orders, and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and beverage promotions to guide selections.

Deliver service to luxury standards, operate the POS accurately, keep tables and stations clean, and collaborate with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience at our Fairmont-branded outlet.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant service is advantageous.
• POS systems experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical financial practices.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their dining experience.
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
• Have full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Have good knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and special offers.
• Make appropriate recommendations and assist guests with menu selections.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Follow all outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
• Be familiar with the Hotel Food Safety Management System.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Assist with restaurant setup and ensure the outlet is ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and work areas.
• Communicate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other departments.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
