Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning professional to supervise and develop companywide workforce plans aligned with Emiratization targets. You will coordinate with Talent Development and business units to integrate entry point employee plans and ensure data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree required in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 9 years of experience in Workforce Planning/Human Resource Management with at least 4 years in supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and financial budgets.
• Experience in analyzing, organizing and directing positive organizational change.
• Knowledge in commercial / cost control.
• Experience in leveraging HR Systems/technology to create workforce analytics and metrics.
• Experience in developing and utilizing predictive analytics and statistical modelling.
• Root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in writing clear and analytic reports on workforce and positions.
• Understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Review, study, and supervise the workforce planning activities.
• Develop Workforce Plan templates for the companywide business units.
• Develop the company’s Nationalization intake plan in coordination with business units.
• Coordinate with Talent Development to include integration plans for Entry Point Employees in workforce plan.
• Monitor automation features related to workforce planning dashboards and systems.
• Ensure alignment of workforce plans with Emiratization targets and organizational structure.
• Provide data to support decision making and minimize costs where possible.
• Support external consultants with organization information for workforce studies.
