Job summary

You will own welding engineering across critical assets, ensuring alignment with project specifications, procedures and international codes while collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders and authorities.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant welding experience.
• GCC work experience is mandatory.
• Lead or supervisory welding engineering experience on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead welding engineering activities per project specs, procedures and standards.
• Develop, review and approve WPS, PQR and related welding docs.
• Ensure welding activities meet ASME, API, AWS and project requirements.
• Coordinate welding for pipelines, piping, pressure vessels and structural facilities.
• Review materials, consumables and material traceability requirements.
• Supervise welders' qualifications and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate welding inspections with QA/QC, client reps and authorities.
