The successful candidate will be directly responsible for welding execution plans, qualification procedures, and management of welding processes while collaborating closely with both the fabrication and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of directly related experience in welding engineering and metallurgy.
• Strong expertise in welding procedures, consumables, metallurgy, and offshore fabrication operations.
• Strong knowledge of certifying authority requirements and international welding standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Welding Engineering discipline for onshore and offshore projects.
• Prepare Project Welding Qualification Execution Plans defining scope and qualification requirements.
• Review and approve all project weld procedures and select appropriate welding electrodes.
