Job summary

Sanad Aerotech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technician (Engine Assembly / Disassembly) to support Gate 3 & 4 engine work, ensuring strict adherence to technical data and safety standards. The role reports to a Manager, Senior Supervisor, or Supervisor and fosters quality and teamwork across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school diploma in aviation or related field.
• D2 authorization or equivalent certification.
• At least two years of experience in aviation/MRO.
• Strong knowledge of aero engine disassembly/assembly procedures.

Responsibilities

• Total Engine Management Process Support: Perform disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks for Gate 3 & 4 operations.
• Ethical Culture and Teamwork: Demonstrate professionalism and integrity, encourage open communication, report safety or ethical concerns.
• Technical Skill Development and Knowledge Sharing: Enhance technical capabilities hands-on and train junior technicians.
• Task Preparation and Compliance Awareness: Prepare tools and resources, monitor tasks for accuracy and quality.
