Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in Aviation, preferably Engine MRO.
• Experience with major engine programs (V2500, Trent 700, GEnx, LEAP).

Responsibilities

• Review engine workscope and prepare Engine Work Instructions.
• Interpret OEM docs and assess OEM changes impact.
• Prepare technical reports: Induction, Tear Down, Final.
• Provide shop floor technical support and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Support audits with evidence and clarifications.
