Job summary

The Sanad Group is seeking a Technician (Engine Assembly / Disassembly) to support the Aviation and Aero Engine MRO division's Gate 3 & 4 operations in Dubai. You will work under supervision to ensure strict adherence to approved technical data, quality, and HS&E standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in aviation or MRO and hold a D2 or equivalent authorization, with strong IT skills and a commitment to safety, ethics, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate, vocational, or technical school degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or related discipline.
• D2 level authorization or equivalent certification.
• At least two years of experience in the technical aviation or MRO industry.
• Proficiency in aero engine disassembly and assembly procedures.
• Strong IT skills relevant to engine maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks in compliance with technical and safety requirements to support Gate 3 & 4 operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity, encourage open communication, and raise safety or ethical concerns as appropriate.
• Continuously enhance technical capabilities through hands-on work and training, and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Assist in preparing tools and resources, monitor tasks for accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
