Job summary

The Sanad Group is seeking a Technician (Engine Assembly / Disassembly) to execute engine disassembly and assembly activities within Gate 3 & 4 operations of the Aviation and Aero Engine MRO division. You will ensure adherence to approved technical data and promote a culture of Quality, HS&E, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate holds an associate/technical school degree in aviation or MRO, with at least two years of relevant experience, and is proficient in aero engine procedures and IT tools

Qualifications

• Associate, vocational, or technical school degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or related discipline.
• D2 level authorization or equivalent certification.
• At least two years of experience in aviation or MRO.

Responsibilities

• Total Engine Management Process Support: disassembly, assembly, inspection tasks per technical and safety requirements for Gate 3 & 4.
• Maintain ethical culture and teamwork; raise safety or ethical concerns as appropriate.
• Develop technical skills through hands-on work and training; mentor junior technicians.
• Prepare tools/resources; monitor tasks for quality and compliance; report issues.
