AZADEA Group is seeking a Head Waiter to supervise wait staff and runners, ensuring timely and high-quality service. The role entails guiding service standards, handling customer interactions, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to meet guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in F&B operations, a hospitality management degree, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). The position is based in the UAE and requires strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Two to four years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role.
• Technical degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Recommend food and beverages to customers, take orders, and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
• Supervise and serve food and beverages in line with brand standards to ensure outstanding service.
• Handle payments, customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to the manager as needed.
• Supervise execution of food/beverage preparation techniques and report non-conformities to the manager.
• Prepare and dispatch daily orders to replenish stock; conduct weekly/monthly counts of crockery and floor supplies.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures, including tip counting and adherence to internal standards.
• Aim to achieve set brand shop targets through teamwork and efficient operations.
• Conduct briefings and training for team members; monitor performance and provide feedback to management.
