Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant real estate development experience, including significant exposure to residential build-to-sell developments in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and commercial planning for new and existing projects, translating objectives into development products and delivery plans.
• Prepare and evaluate feasibility studies, development briefs and business plans with market research and data.
• Evaluate unit configurations, layouts, pricing, costs, schedules and cash flow throughout the lifecycle of developments.
• Lead design management and coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants across concept to detailed design.
• Oversee multiple developments, prioritising activities by commercial importance and delivery commitments.
• Provide senior management with clear recommendations and risk assessments based on market conditions and project data.
