About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President – Development to lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of large-scale real estate projects. The role involves driving project strategy, overseeing planning and execution, and ensuring delivery of high-quality developments aligned with business objectives, market demand, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Development Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive development strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Lead project positioning, concept development, and market alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand the development portfolio.
• Ensure alignment with long-term organizational goals and investment strategies.

Project Development & Execution

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with planning, design, construction, and sales teams.
• Drive efficient execution and risk management across all project phases.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Lead feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Optimize returns through effective cost management and value engineering.
• Support funding strategies and capital allocation decisions.

Stakeholder & Authority Management

• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with investors, partners, consultants, and contractors.

• Represent the organization in high-level negotiations and discussions.

Design & Product Development Oversight

• Ensure development concepts align with market trends and customer expectations.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary development teams.
