Job summary

Mashreq in Dubai seeks a Senior Vice President – Stream Head, Finance Technology to own the strategy, architecture, delivery, support, governance and transformation of Finance Technology platforms across the bank. The role ensures secure, resilient technology services supporting Finance, Regulatory Reporting, General Ledger, Reconciliation and Financial Analytics.

You will define and execute the Finance Technology roadmap, target operating model, and future-state architecture aligned with CFO

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years in banking/financial-services technology.
• At least 8 years in senior leadership roles with Finance Technology accountability.
• Experience with operating models, governance and risk standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Finance Technology roadmap and target operating model.
• Oversee architecture, delivery, support and governance of Finance Tech platforms across the bank.
• Lead Run, Change and Transform agendas balancing availability, regulatory deadlines and modernization.
• Collaborate with Core Banking, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting and Financial Analytics teams.
