Job summary

Mashreq seeks a Senior Vice President – Stream Head, Finance Technology to shape strategy, architecture and delivery of Finance platforms across the bank. You will own the Run, Change and Transform agenda, balancing resilience, regulatory delivery and modernization, including cloud adoption and data governance.

Qualifications

18+ years of banking/financial-services tech, with 8+ years in senior leadership.
Deep knowledge of General Ledger, regulatory reporting and data governance.
Experience leading multi-country Finance Technology programs and vendors.

Responsibilities

Own Finance Technology strategy, target architecture and operating model.
Lead Run, Change and Transform across global platforms and teams.
Partner with CFO, regulators, auditors, and governance forums.
Ensure control, compliance and operational resilience of finance platforms.
