Job summary

GSSTech Group is seeking a Senior UX Copywriter to join the Design team within a leading UAE bank’s Digital Office. You will craft user-centric content across websites and mobile apps, shaping the customer journey with words that align with visuals.

You will collaborate with designers, apply a consistent tone of voice, and leverage analytics to improve copy. The role requires 5+ years in UX copywriting, fluency in Arabic, and strong English writing skills in a fast-paced, banking environment.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in UX copywriting, content design or closely related field.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Marketing or related field.
Native Arabic speaker fluent in GCC/UAE dialect (mandatory).
Excellent written UK English.

Responsibilities

Write clear, concise and user-friendly copy for web, app and digital touchpoints in English and Arabic.
Collaborate with designers to align written and visual elements.
Define and apply a consistent tone of voice across digital channels.
Estimate effort and propose delivery plans against deadlines.
Audit existing copy and recommend timely improvements.
Use user feedback and analytics to improve copy.
Work within Agile design delivery teams following the UX process.
Explain and defend UX copy decisions to designers and stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members to scale the UX copy framework.
