Job summary

GSS Tech Group is hiring a Senior UX Copywriter for one of the UAE's leading banks. You will join the Design team within the bank's Digital Office to craft human-centric copy across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities include writing in English and Arabic, aligning text with visuals, applying a consistent tone of voice, and driving copy improvements using user feedback and analytics. Lead and mentor others within agile design teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in UX copywriting, content design or closely related field.
• Experience in corporate, finance or retail products.
• Solid grasp of human centred design and instructional writing.
• Working knowledge of CMS, SEO principles and basic HTML.
• Strong portfolio showing measurable impact on user experience.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and industries.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, user centric copy for web, app and digital touchpoints in English and Arabic.
• Collaborate with designers to align written and visual elements.
• Define and apply a consistent tone of voice across digital channels.
• Estimate effort from requirements and propose delivery plans.
• Audit existing copy and recommend improvements within timelines.
• Use user feedback and data analytics to improve copy.
• Work within Agile design teams following the UX process.
• Explain UX copy decisions to designers and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members to scale the UX copy framework.
