Job summary

GSS Tech Group is seeking a Senior UX Copywriter for a leading UAE bank. You will craft clear, user-centric copy for web and mobile, in English and Arabic, ensuring copy aligns with visuals and enhances the customer journey.

You will work with designers in an Agile environment, shape tone of voice, and mentor peers to scale the UX copy framework across channels. A strong portfolio and banking experience are highly desirable.

Qualifications

5+ years in UX copywriting, content design, or closely related field.
Experience in banking, finance or retail products.
Strong grasp of human centred design and instructional writing.
Portfolio showing measurable UX copy impact.
Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and industries.
CMS experience, SEO basics, and basic HTML knowledge.

Responsibilities

Write clear, concise, user-friendly copy for web, app and digital touchpoints in English and Arabic.
Collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals.
Define and apply a consistent tone of voice across digital channels.
Estimate effort and propose delivery plans against deadlines.
Audit existing copy and suggest improvements.
Use user feedback and analytics to improve copy.
Work within Agile design delivery teams and UX process.
Explain and defend UX copy decisions to stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members to scale the UX copy framework.
