Mouawad seeks an accomplished High Jewelry Sales Expert to join our Dubai market, owning a portfolio of valued relationships and direct access to exceptional gemstones and Masterpiece creations. This is a relationship-driven role, not transactional, supported by a 135-year Maison with a strong emphasis on discretion and craftsmanship.

You will personally close sales, host private viewings, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver bespoke experiences to UHNW clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in High Jewelry or luxury sales serving UHNW clients.
• Strong gemological grounding or formal certification is advantageous.
• Networks with high-net-worth individuals in the market are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Close High Jewelry sales, guiding clients through provenance, craftsmanship and rarity.
• Cultivate and manage a UHNW client portfolio across the market and beyond.
• Present and place High Jewelry and Masterpiece creations at private events and viewings.
• Collaborate with merchandising, design, and atelier teams on bespoke projects.
• Maintain expert knowledge of gemstones, certifications, and the House heritage.
• Uphold Mouawad's standard of service in every interaction; client journeys are seamless.
